[Paraview] Tube on line problem solved

Hello,
My previous issue with applying the tube filter to polydata lines has been
solved, although there may be a bug that can be looked at in future
releases.

The problem came up on a linux machine on which the drop down filter menu
stretched required scrolling. The Tube filter is well down this menu and
appeared greyed out and therefore unselectable. However if I search for the
filter using the alternative menu choice, I can apply the tube filter
successfully to the line object. After that it is possible to access the
Tube filter via the "Recent" menu option. I haven't tested with alternative
window manager configurations, but did notice that I didn't have the same
problem when displaying via X on a mac (with a much bigger screen).
