[Paraview] Build Error with 4.0 Sources on VS 2012 Express

Hi Michael,

I saw you also using CTK (ctkDoubleRangeSlider)? how does that gets pulled
in when you are building Paraview? The only thing I can think of is
QtTesting. Are you using QtTesting built from CTK?
