[Paraview] ParaView Catalyst User's Guide version 1.0

Hi Matthias,

I finally put together a wiki page on Catalyst with the user guide in it.
The main page is at http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView/Catalyst/Overview.

At the bottom there is also some information tutorials, examples and other
stuff that may be of interest.
