[Paraview] wx event loop stopped when pvpython dialog runs

I have combined a system based on wxWidgets with Paraview. I noticed that
whenever I run python commands through pqPythonDialog in c++, the wx event
loop stopped causing my wx event to be unhandled.

Does anyone know why and maybe suggest how to overcome this?
