[Paraview] ParaView Catalyst User's Guide version 1.0

Hi,

interesting project. I use the FEM code Elmer (www.csc.fi/elmer), and I wonder if it would make sense to make it work with catalyst.
Question: I didn't find the User's Guide on the kitware website. Is is available somewhere so that I can give a pointer to the Elmer team, in case they are interested?
