[Paraview] How to visualize streamlines of particle motions

I have a series of snapshots saved from a discrete element simulation in which each snapshot contains positions and some attributes for a set of discrete particles.  Is there a way to visualize the series of snapshots together to show each particle by connecting the positions over time to create a single streamline representation for each particle?
