[Paraview] VRPlugin: small build issue with vrpn

Hi,

are you sure it's not necessary to have libusb installed to run vrpn? 
Actually the vrpn_HumanInterface class makes use of HIDAPI, and i think 
i remember one of the hidapi linux versions is based on libusb.
