[Paraview] Paraview plugin doesn't load the GUI.

I don't think ParaView ever supported loading UI files directly as so.
If you want to specify a custom GUI, you'll have to compile a plugin
and then load it. The XML loading mechanism is only for bringing in
Proxy XMLs for simple plugins.
