[Paraview] Binary compativility

No, they are not expected to be compatible. In the past however, that
has generally been the case, however the modules/libraries in
VTK/ParaView are in a flux these days and hence it's highly unlikely
that plugins compiled for 3.98.0 will work with 3.98.1.
