[Paraview] XDMF Utilities

Hello everyone,

I have had quite a bit of difficulty building 3.14.1 on my Mac with XDMF Utilities turned on. I will be reading files in XDMF format. Am I missing anything important if I don't build the utilities? There doesn't seem to be much documentation about what that CMake flag enables.
