[Paraview] Removing support for legacy properties/display panels from ParaView

[Utkarsh Ayachit]

Based on the feedback (on the users and developers mailing lists), I
am going to put removal of the support for legacy panels in the queue
for the next release (or two). Thanks to those who responded. Also, if
anyone has questions about how to convert their old panels to the new
style, please feel free to use the mailing list.
