[Paraview] [EXTERNAL] Rendering volume results using Ensight Case format ?

HI Alan,

On following the procedure mentioned in your mail, the paraview gives error
message that
Cannot volume render since no point (or cell) data available.

Please find attached zip file with the sample data at the first timestep.
The pvsm state file renders the clip/section view and provides the
information inside the domain in the surface rendering. How to volume
render the data ?
