[Paraview] Unable to load Tecplot binary files

I am not sure that the Tecplot reader can handle separate grid and 
solution files. I encountered the same problem with the CGNS reader. As 
you have only three variables, why don't you gather your grid and your 
solution in a single Tecplot file ?
