[Paraview] CGNS Reader

[Robert Maynard]

The VisIt Bridge comes with a subset of VisIt that it compiles and uses to
make VisIt Readers work instead of ParaView. The Bridge replicates how
VisIt loads files and maps that to the VTK pipeline stages.
