[Paraview] ParaViewWeb SuperBuild Compilation error

If you are looking for the most up-to-date ParaViewWeb release, you should
use our ParaView 4.x binaries that already contains the new version of
ParaViewWeb. With that version, you don't need any extra/external libraries.
