[Paraview] Superbuild 3.98.1

Find the ParaView git line in the versions.cmake file and change the GIT_TAG to v3.98.1. That worked for me.

I've been playing around with SuperBuild and it seems to working correct.  But, it also seems to be pulling the most recent source updates from the git repository.   Is there a way use SuperBuild to only build the most recent production release (3.98.1)?
