[Paraview] Example VisIt reader fails to configure

Hi,

With the latest git-master, ParaView/Examples/Plugins/VisItReader
fails to configure with cmake stating that cmake command
"ADD_VISIT_PLUGIN_READER" is unknown. Is this a known problem?

If anyone is curious, I am trying to update a Shapefile reader plugin
which I have pulled from VisIt
(https://gitorious.org/avtshapefilefileformat_plugin) to work with the
latest master and having the same issue.

(OS X 10.6.8, CMake 2.8.9, Qt 4.8.2)
