[Paraview] Open CSV files without csv extension

It's current stable, 3.14.1 64-bit
The options I get are;
- ParaDIS Files
- ParaDIS Tecplot Files
- TFT Files
but if it works like you said with the next version I'm perfectly fine with
that :-)
