[Paraview] Still cannot add to selection with Crtl key

This seems to work for me on Linux and Mac (the only platforms I could test
on as I am travelling). Have you tried these on anything other than
Windows? I wonder if it's a Windows only problem. I will test on Windows
once I get back later this week.
