[Paraview] Data Visibility

Hello,

In a filter I am writing, I am looking to hide certain points within my
dataset in the event of a given condition; is there a good way of doing
this? I have been reading the docs and experimenting with different things,
but I cannot find how to do this. In fact, I do not even need to "hide"
points, but I really just need to "disable" data on certain points at
certain times.
