[Paraview] smoothing a blood vessels segmentation

Hi all,

I have a blood vessels segmentation (as attached).
But I don't happy with it because it's not look like a tube, more like
chips (as marked in red) :-)
do you have any idea how can I make it look more as a smoothed tube?
