[Paraview] Building a Custom Plugin for Official ParaView Binaries

Greetings Dennis,
Although the instructions have been tagged as obsolete, they are still
working if you use the unofficial super-builds. In the first link you
gave, it reads:
Download and install the appropriate Development Installation from
here. (Note: unofficial releases also available here)
The second "here" link on the original text points to here:
http://code.google.com/p/unofficial-paraview-dev-install/
You'll also find instructions on how to "do it yourself", which
basically detail the steps taken to achieved the uploaded packages.
If you have problems with the packages on those unofficial builds, feel
free to either ask here for help or preferably use the Issue tracker on
that project!
