[Paraview] Oilflow - Surface flow

Hello all;
any way to have an oilflow visualization in paraview? Something like this:

I have already read this one:
http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView/Custom_Filters

But this is a little bit  different problem since I do not have any velocity on the body surface…
