[Paraview] Error with SuperBuild

If upstream doesn't have that version available anymore, copy the tar
ball we've saved off here:
http://paraview.org/files/dependencies/
into your super build directory and it won't try to fetch it directly.

Also, I don't think that disabling vrpn will matter, only the VRPN
plugin uses its symbols.
