[Paraview] Surface Streamlines

I use PV 3.12.0: I would like very much to to plot streamlines on the 
surface of a cylinder but have not yet managed to do so.
In filters I find Surface Flow and Surface Vectors but not a SurfaceLIC, 
where do you find the function SurfaceLIC?
