[Paraview] How to stop ParaView using LOD for volume rendering

Yes I think it is a bug.

It does the same on my machine and I could see when, given a fast enough
machine/small enough volume, you might want it not to do that.

You might expect the LOD Parameters controls to affect this but they do not
since they only pertain to surface rendering.
