[Paraview] I: 3D point cloud with color

The Map Scalars property on the Display tab controls whether or not
three component unsigned char data is rendered directly as RGB values
or if they are treated as a scalar and run it through the lookup
table.

If your R G and B values are stored in independent arrays, or if they
are not unsigned char, you need to convert them first, then you will
be able to render them directly. You can use the python programmable
filter to convert them.
