[Paraview] Point data to cell data / Plot over line confusion

Hello,

I'm getting really confused by the PointDatatoCellData / PlotOverLine
filters.
If I generate a point then
    --> pass it to the glyph filter to produce a simple Box
    --> add a point data value to this box with the Calculator
    --> PointDatatoCellData the result
    --> PlotOverLine the value

I obtain a discontinuous line (it doesn't interpolate through the box).
What am I doing wrong?
