[Paraview] [EXTERNAL] PV 3.14.0 reset center

I am pretty sure that functionality was lost a few years ago when we went to PV 3.0.  Please write up a feature request?

I see the icon "reset center." I want to reset the center from 0,0,0 to 0,0,10.
What are the steps to reset the center?
