[Paraview] [EXTERNAL] Re: very slow start of PV

Try running without the configuration files.  You can find out how to delete them here: http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView_Settings_Files.  The other option is to run ParaView -dr, which runs ParaView without using the configuration files.
