[Paraview] Creating new menu items

Dear All,

I'm having intermittent issues with getting filters I create to appear under
the same menu item. I use the same, standard client.xml file for each, but
some appear under the menu item I tell it to, whilst others will just appear
under the standard alphabetical list. This is my standard xml file:

<ParaViewFilters>
  <Category name="ARA" menu_label="&amp;ARA">
    <Filter name="NicePictureGenerator"/>
  </Category>
</ParaViewFilters>

I assume having this file is a base requirement. Is there anything else I
may need or have missed to force the filters to appear under the menu in
question?
