[Paraview] Paraview pre-built Windows installer

I'm looking to install the ParaView/Windows prebuild and it requires admin rights to install.  Is there a way for you to build the .exe so that it doesn't require admin rights?      Or, is there a workaround so that I don't need admin rights on the current build?      (I'm on Vista)
