[Paraview] Crash when using the Information Tab in Object Inspector

I've committed a fix and it will be included in 3.12. Thanks for reporting.

Fixed BUG #12571. Update event wasn't fired when needed.
vtkSMSourceProxy was not firing UpdateEvent when UpdatePipeline(time) was
called. The data info was updated correctly however. So the Information tab
ended up holding references to obsolete information instances. Fixed that.
