[Paraview] ParaView-3.12.0-Win64-x86.exe for Win32?

One can build a 64 bit Qt by using the "Visual Studio 2010 x64 Command Prompt" and configuring from a freshly uncompressed copy of the Qt source codes. Once that is done then you can build your own 64 bit ParaView.
