[Paraview] Trouble building paraview 3.12.0 Fedora package

Some of the logic in VTK was changed to install the python module and
shared libs. I thought I corrected it before tagging 3.12.0 but it appears
not. Let me see if I can send you a diff, or if you want, you just need to
copy libvtk*Python.so into your lib/paraview-<blah> directory.
