[Paraview] Superbuild

Hi,

Is it possible to "make install" with the Superbuild?  I set the
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX but "make install" doesn't work and the packages are
all in a PACKAGE-prefix directory in the build directory.  Am I doing
something wrong?
