[Paraview] ParaView & Materials Database

Dear All,

In reference to the following feature:

I'm interested in having the materials database ported to PV3 from PV2, as
it would be a useful feature to have. I'd like to see how far I can get with
it myself intially. Can someone point me in the right direction to get
started? Getting hold of PV2 would be the first port of call, I suppose?
