[Paraview] compiling ParaViewWeb

I' m trying to build ParaViewWeb 3.10.1 ,
I got the error:

vtkPWJMSMessagingService.h:57: error: looser throw specifier for 
?virtual void vtkPWJMSMessagingService::onMessage(const cms::Message*)?

can be related to the ActiveMQ version 3.3.0 or 3.3.4 ?

which version do you suggest?

I have tried to use an older version of ActiveMQ but did not found any 
older sources.
