[Paraview] Windows compiler error

Hi All,

I'm trying to compile 3.10.1, from source on windows with visual studio
2010, and qt 4.7.3, I know that is not supported.  It looks almost
finished except the following error:

C3861: '_getpid': identifier not found

4>Build FAILED.

Any thoughts??
