[Paraview] Make install still does not work in 3.10.1

Ok. Let's do one step at a time though. I find it much easier to debug
issues remotely that way.
Next step, do make install into a /tmp/ParaViewInstall directory.
You'll have to ensure that the CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX to point to
/tmp/ParaViewInstall.
Once the install happens, execute the following and post the result.
> tree /tmp/ParaViewInstall > /tmp/dir_structure.txt
