[Paraview] crystal eyes stereo in 3.10.1

Hi,

Crystal Eye support is built into the current binary release. You will need
run paraview with the following command arguments:

--stereo --stereo-type="Crystal Eyes"

You will also have to make sure your video card supports quad buffering and
has it enabled.
