[Paraview] Windows : Can't see control panel of Surface LIC

Dear Paraview users,

Using Paraview on windows, with the usefull plugin surfaceLIC, I can not see
the options of Line Integral Convolution in the display pannel, such as "Use
LIC when using LOD" or choosing the vector to use...

Has soemone already face this ?
