[Paraview] Glyph orient vs. vector_components

The Glyph property Scale Mode = vector_components allows you to
display different information in the different dimensions of a glyph.
For example, I can draw arrows whose thickness tells me about one
property of my points while their length tells me about another. But
then I cannot orient the arrows. The vector whose components I'm
using has to have the length in the x component, because that is the
direction in which the arrow glyph points, so I cannot use the
direction of this vector for something else.

It would be useful to have the ability to orient based on one vector
while scaling based on another.
