[Paraview] Amazon EC2 Cluster + Paraview

Pat,
Alrighty, I will make sure to do that. I think the best option is to do a
pure osmesa build (it sounds like its simpler at the end of the day...) but
I am certainly up for recommendations otherwise. Thanks
