[Paraview] compile error paraview 3.10 with libvtkhdf5

That is strange, can you tell us what distro/gcc version you're using? You
can't turn hdf5 off but you could install your distros hdf5/build it
yourself and then turn on VTK_USE_SYSTEM_HDF5.
