[Paraview] XDMF data format

ParaView 3.10 has a bug and it will load the data on on nodes. 3.12
has that bug fixed, and the single domain will be loaded on root node
alone (I can send you a patch for that, if that's easier). You can
explicitly distribute the data afterword using D3 filter.
