[Paraview] .vtp file

Hi:

I need to edit the axes location and orientation on a.vtp file. I have tried with Filter > Transform and it looks just fine; the problem is how to save it as a new vtp file. I have tried Save Data but when I open the new file none of the modifications are shown (the fie is identical to the original). Can anyone help me on this?
