[Paraview] PV 3.10.1 - compile error w.r.t. MapReduceMPI

Hi,
I have seen this problem before you need to fix the MPI_INCLUDE_PATH to only
point to the directory that has mpi.h not both of those directories. If this
fixes the problem you should open a bug on
