[Paraview] vtkStreamTracer error message

Dear All,

I'm not sure if anyone else gets this, but if I delete a Stream Tracer with
Custom Source from the pipeline, I'll get the following error message sent
to the output window:

QAbstractItemModel::endRemoveRows:  Invalid index ( 2 , 0 ) in model
pqPipelineModel(0x1dab4010)

I also get the following sent to the terminal:

QAbstractItemModel::endRemoveRows:  Invalid index ( 2 , 0 ) in model
pqPipelineModel(0x1dab4010)
1837
1844
1855
1831

It doesn't effect the operation of the stream tracer or the rest of the
pipeline, it merely has the output window pop-up which is slightly annoying.
I don't really have an in-depth understanding of Qt or its interface to VTK
to look into it myself.
