No. I  just grabbed the release :paraview 3.10.0 and vtk-5.6.1 from the 
website.
 From what i read on the web, It seems to me that the kitware team is 
making a transition from ICE-t libraries in Paraview to Vtk. Perhaps, 
this is due to a mismatch in which neither have the libraries?
